You can offer me a good product, a fair price, added value and years of experience and they really wouldn’t mean a thing unless you back it with integrity.
Integrity is what I have experienced doing business with David Murray, Murray Homes, Inc.
I am an educated consumer, who took tortuous months of self study and insight from others who have relevant experience in new home construction who guided me in my decision to purchase my home from Murray Homes. The consensus of feedback I received was: “a well built home, good use of space” with “unbelievable attention to detail”. The process of purchasing my home was smooth—imagine that! All my questions were answered promptly and to my satisfaction—believe me, I am demanding. Mr. Murray took time to educate me on issues I did not understand; primarily the BMP comes to mind—I love that thing now!! My walk through was done in the middle of a Nor’easter; while the neighbors had standing water to their front doors, 1545 Ohio Avenue still had an entire front and back yard above water! The fact that we did not reschedule my walk through showed me the confidence Mr. Murray had in his own product.
The level of attention and follow up I have received after purchasing my home has made me feel as though I am the only person who has ever purchased a home from Mr. Murray. A minor issue such as toilet flushing was treated as though they were Mr. Murray’s highest priority.
This is when I knew, without a doubt, I was dealing with an efficient, effective, accountable builder. I received an email that informed me, due to unusual weather, the wood in our new home may have shrunk faster than usual and I may see caulk separating in places like counter tops, crown molding and stairs. I was asked to make an appointment for Mr. Murray to send caulkers to home to repair any caulk lines that had separated.
I implore you to award this company lots to build quality homes on.
All this said, my house is prettier than the house another build put up across the street!!
With kindest regards,
